It's funny what sticks with you.
In 1991, there was a movie called What About Bob? And that movie was largely forgettable except for one thing.
The main character, Bob (played by Bill Murray), had social anxiety that caused him to see a psychiatrist (played by Richard Dreyfus). The psychiatrist wrote a book called “Baby Steps”. The book's cover seems to describe this best. (Is this a real book?)
Setting small, reasonable goals for yourself, one step at a time, one day at a time.
Instead of thinking, “I still have probably 100 videos to do to complete this course! How am I going to get it all done?” Perhaps I should think, “Can I do 1 video? I can do 1 now, right?”
Small, baby steps. And if you keep doing that, eventually, you get somewhere.
